We saw there was more home sales than new listings for the month of October. This resulted in higher prices paid by buyers. Western Washington also saw active listings dropped more than 13% from 2015. Going into the winter months we will see the usual seasonal decrease in the amount of new listings. In King County, we have also seen an increase in single family home prices of just over 9% from 2015. Condo prices more than 7% in the same time period.
